30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Opened or used hair oil cannot be returned due to the nature of the product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact Rena’s within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and its packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, Rena’s will assist with the appropriate return or replacement. Rena’s will cover the return shipping cost in these cases.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns that are not due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund if the return meets our requirements.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Please allow the applicable processing time for your refund to appear in your original payment method.

We do not offer refunds simply because a customer did not experience their expected hair results.
